SHIPPING & DELIVERY

A number of shipping options will be presented to you when you submit your cart.

For domestic Irish shipments, a tracked service using the Fastway network will be used and tracking details will be provided at point of shipping. 

A free Click and Collect service is also available - a weekly meeting point will be agreed at the following locations - Kildare Town / Newbridge in Ireland and Nantwich in the UK - the time and location will be agreed between the customer and Kildare Candle Barn at time of despatch.

EASY RETURNS

You can make a request to return most items within 14 days of receipt of the goods.  The item must remain in a salable condition and be returned at your cost.  If approved, we must receive the item within 28 days of the original delivery.If you need to return an item, please get in touch with our team via kildarecandlebarn@gmail.com and we will be able to assist you.  

DAMAGED GOODS

Goods damaged in transit to you will be refunded or replaced at our discretion.  We will attempt wherever possible to replace broken items, but in the case of glass, which is both fragile and heavy, we may choose to provide a refund instead or ship a replacement with a future order.

Please inform us of any damaged goods within three days of receiving the order. Photographic evidence of damage is required and can be uploaded using the returns tool (below).

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

If you have chosen a tracked delivery, we will provide tracking details with your despatch confirmation note. Items shipped using An Post are standard post and we will advise you on the despatch note of ship date but Standard Post does not have a tracking facility..​

You may make payments through our website portal and please rest assured that this is a secure payment facility. You may also opt to pay using Pay Pal.
