Shipping policy
A number of shipping options will be presented to you when you submit your cart.
For domestic Irish shipments, a tracked service using the DPD network will be used and tracking details will be provided at point of shipping.
A free Click and Collect service is also available - order online and pick up in store at GATHER, Market Square Kildare Town. An email will be sent to you confirming date that your order will be available for pick up. (Note store opening days are Thursday- Sun 10am - 5pm)
EASY RETURNS
You can make a request to return most items within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The item must remain in a salable condition and be returned at your cost. If approved, we must receive the item within 28 days of the original delivery.If you need to return an item, please get in touch with our team via kildarecandlebarn@gmail.com and we will be able to assist you.
DAMAGED GOODS
Goods damaged in transit to you will be refunded or replaced at our discretion. We will attempt wherever possible to replace broken items, but in the case of glass, which is both fragile and heavy, we may choose to provide a refund instead or ship a replacement with a future order.
Please inform us of any damaged goods within three days of receiving the order. Photographic evidence of damage is required and can be uploaded using the returns tool (below).
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
If you have chosen a tracked delivery, we will provide tracking details with your despatch confirmation note.

You may make payments through our website portal and please rest assured that this is a secure payment facility. You may also opt to pay using Pay Pal.
